Concert Dress Code
All students are asked to wear a white polo shirt with our Twin Peaks Band logo on it.
Boys must wear black pants, socks, and shoes.
Girls must wear either black pants or black skirts (knee length or longer when sitting down) and
black shoes.

* Events are non-mandatory; all other concerts are mandatory. Six Flags Magic Mountain trip costs extra money
to attend.

First Semester Chair Placement and Scale Testing
- Concert Band Chair Placement Test starting October 4th.
Flow Studies lines 1-3.
B-flat scale, velocity, thirds, and intervals.
Warm up A.
Four to eight measures of the songs in their folders.
- Scale Testing:
- October: B-flat Scale (at the same time as chair placement test)
November: B-flat memorized and E-flat scale
December: B-flat and E-flat memorized plus A-flat scale
- Starting in November you will asked to play one form of the scale (Velocity, Intervals, or
thirds). Extra Credit if played by memory.
